It is a financial mechanism designed to facilitate access to special loans for industrial companies to finance renewable energy systems for productive use in Mozambique.

Expression of interest by subscribing to the"http://www.tse4allm.org.mz" portal;

Ability to contribute 25% of the necessary investment, in cash or in kind;

Project to be technically evaluated and accepted by the TEC (UNIDO Technical Evaluation Commission);

Present a technically, economically and financially viable Business Plan, approved by UNIDO and accepted by the BOI;

Hold a current account at BCI in Meticais; All non-BCI customers must open an account at the bank and present bank statements for the last 12 months from their main accounts at other banks in the area in order to provide BCI with some historical information that will allow it to assess their financial capacity for future repayment of the debt; Demonstrate future capacity to make full payment of the loan;

No irregular credit situation in Banco de Moçambique's Credit Risk Center and/or more than one return of checks for insufficient funds in the last 3 months

Solar systems for water pumping and irrigation; Solar dryers for fruit and vegetables; Cooling systems for fish, fruit and vegetables; Ventilation systems for warehouses; Solar systems for processing (milling, grinding, peeling, cutting, packaging, etc.)

Water supply systems; Solar systems for generating energy on the roofs of commercial establishments; Solar systems for digital platforms in rural areas; Solar systems for recharging batteries; - Solar systems for heating water.

Annual effective interest rate of 7.50%; Fixed interest rate for the duration of the loan - no surprises; Possibility of up to 1 year's grace period on investment solutions; Specialized assistance to guide candidates and evaluate projects.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs); Individual Entrepreneurs (IEs); Associations; Cooperatives and NGOs wishing to implement renewable energy systems for productive use in the agribusiness sector (agriculture and agri-food processing) in Mozambique.

Systems for using biomass to produce biogas; Systems for using biomass to produce electricity.
